01.Safari fees must be paid for in advance, as per the policy of the DOF (Department of Forest).

02.Right of admission is reserved with the GOR (Government of Rajasthan).

03.The park may be closed by the GOR without any advance notification and Adventure Safari Tours will not be held responsible, neither will we provide refunds.

04.Bookings are non-transferable.

05.Reserved seats can not be sold or exchanged with any other visitor.

06.It is the responsibility of the guest that they must carry identity proof into the park.

07.The cost of the ticket may increase after booking, in which case the guest is liable to pay the difference at the time of entry.

08.Payments are 100% non-refundable, as per the policy of the DOF.

09.The cancellation policy of the DOF is 100% non-refundable.

10.Safari tracks/routes are allocated on the day by the DOF and any choice is completely out of our control.

11.Vehicle drivers are allocated on the day by the DOF and any choice is completely out of our control.

12.Naturalists are allocated on the day by the DOF and any choice is completely out of our control.

13.The punctuality of the safari vehicle is the responsibility of the vehicle driver and Adventure Safari Tours will not be held liable for late vehicles.

14.The health and safety of the vehicle is the responsibility of the vehicle owner and Adventure Safari Tours therefore holds no accountability or liability for the state of the vehicle or any vehicle malfunctions which may occur.

15.Adventure Safari Tours does not provide insurance for safari guests and it is the responsibility of the guest to secure their own holiday insurance.

16.Adventure Safari Tours holds no responsibility for theft of valuables in the park.

17.Adventure Safari Tours does not accept liability for the health and safety of the guests while in Ranthambhore.

18.Adventure Safari Tours will only accept responsibility and provide a full refund if the guest misses the safari due to our mistake. A missed safari due to any other situation will not be refunded by us.

19.It is the responsibility of the guest to carry the correct clothing and water bottles. Adventure Safari Tours is not responsible for this and will not provide this.

20.Animal sightings can not be guaranteed by Adventure Safari Tours, nor by the DOF or GOR.

21. Tours of Ranthambhore and tours of India require a deposit at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable. The remaining amount must be paid for at least two months before your arrival in India/Ranthambhore.

22. Adventure Safari Tours accepts no responsibility for cancellations due to weather conditions, war or natural disaster.
